HELLO NIGHT ships worldwide using Australia Post.

We are happy to offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100 within Australia and flat rate shipping for international orders.



  • Free shipping for orders over $100
  • $7 flat rate for orders under $100
  • $12 flat rate for express shipping
  • Free local pick up from Alexandria, Sydney (please contact us to arrange a time)

Please allow 2-3  business days for express delivery and 5-10 business days for all standard shipments from time of order.


Rest of the world:

We offer standard airmail with tracking for all international orders. A flat rate of $20 AUD will be charged at checkout. Please allow for 10-20 business days for delivery from time of order.


We aim to despatch your goods within 48hours (business day) of receiving your order. International customers may request an alternative express shipping method for an additional fee by contacting us directly at tu@hellonightkids.com.au

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery, which are beyond our control. This may include delays due to COVID, any unforeseen weather conditions, a country’s local taxes, duties or customs procedures or peak season.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. HELLO NIGHT is not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to Hello Night due to an incorrect delivery address having been given by a customer, the cost associated with correcting and re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.

All transactions are processed in AUD (Australian dollars) and prices are displayed inclusive of GST (Australian good and services tax). Any local taxes, tariffs or charges placed on goods by local authorities on deliveries outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer.


It is really important to us that you love your purchase from HELLO NIGHT however we understand mistakes can be made when ordering online. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it doesn’t fit, we offer exchanges or return options:


Email us your reason for return at tu@hellonightkids.com.au and we will send you the process details for return.

  • All Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt by customers within Australia
  • All Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt by customers outside Australia
  • All Items must be returned in original condition; unworn and unwashed with original labels and tags attached. Failing this, HELLO NIGHT reserves the right to deny the refund and the items will be returned to the sender.


  • For change of mind returns Hello Night will refund the amount paid for the garment, excluding the shipping costs incurred.
  • For exchange items, Hello Night will not refund the shipping costs incurred, however, will send the new items exchanged free of charge.
  • For returns due to faulty goods the customer will be given the option for exchange or refund.  In this instance Hello Night will refund the shipping costs incurred in delivery and bear any additional costs incurred in the exchange.
